These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of INSTANTSKINSELL at https://instantskinsell.com (the "Service"). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

INSTANTSKINSELL allows you to sell eligible CS2, Dota 2, TF2, and Rust items from your Steam inventory in exchange for site balance, at a price we calculate from current market data. Sold items are transferred to us through a Steam trade offer sent by an automated bot. Once the trade is accepted and completed, the sale amount is credited to your account balance after an 8-day holding period.

Eligibility

You must have a Steam account in good standing and own, or be legally entitled to sell, every item you offer through the Service. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account and Trade URL secure and up to date.

Pricing & Fees

Prices are calculated from market data with a margin applied, and may change at any time without notice. Promo codes and referral bonuses, where available, apply as described on the Service at the time of your sale.

Balance & Payouts

Balance earned through the Service can be used on INSTANTSKINSELL. Where a cash payout is offered, payout requests are reviewed and processed manually; processing times and available payout methods are as shown on the Service and may change.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Never share your Steam password with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent INSTANTSKINSELL — we will never ask for it. Keep Steam Guard enabled at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Sell items that are stolen, obtained fraudulently, or that you do not have the right to sell.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, promo codes, or referral rewards.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service without our permission.
• Attempt to bypass an account or IP block, or create multiple accounts to evade one.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, freeze, or terminate an account, and withhold or reverse a pending transaction, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the account is being used fraudulently.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. INSTANTSKINSELL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSTANTSKINSELL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
